Return and Refund Policy :

1.    Product opening Video must be sent 

2.    Product defect photo must be sent if you found any defect on our product

3.    All the Product accessories ( packing cover, label, tag) should be send back

4.    The product should be repacked as we sent

5.    The bill copy of the product must be sent along with the exchange product parcel

6.    The exchange process should be initiate with in 2 days of receiving the product

7.    Exchange product will be sent to the customer with in 3 to 5 working days  from the date of receiving the product from the customer.

8.    Exchange will be done only for the size and defect product 

9.    Courier charge of exchange should be paid from customer for the size exchange 

10.    Defected product exchange charges will bear from our side 

11.    Once the exchange parcel received all the policy and product will be reviewed by our exchange team after our exchange team accepted the exchange will get process.

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 3 days from delivery.
  2. Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  3. Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies etc.
  4. Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  5. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  6. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  7. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  8. Fragile items, hygiene related items.
